FORMULATION ADVICES:
Laboratory scale - 300g batch - Deflocculator
Combine phase A, mix well and heat to 75C. While mixing A, add phase B and mix well. Combine phase C and heat to melt Sepicalm™ VG WP if necessary and then add phase D to phase C. Homogenize phase CD for a few minutes and then add phase E and mix well. While agitating phase AB with deflocculator, add phase CDE and continue to mix with increasing speed to move the batch until uniform and smooth cream is formed. Check and adjust pH to ~ 5.5 - 6 with phase F.
