FORMULATION ADVICES:
Laboratory scale - 300g batch - Homogenizer and Sweeper
Mix ingredients in phase A, except water, well and then add to water and heat to 85C. Combine phase B and heat to 85C and then homogenize phase B for a few minutes. Stop homogenization and reheat to 85C and add phase C. Combine phase A and BC and homogenize for 4 minutes at 4,000 rpm. Cooldown the batch with sweeper to ambient temperature. check for pH 7.5 - 8.5.
