Key Ingredients

SEPIMAX ZEN™ (Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6) imparts rich, velvet and elegant skin feel. Pre-neutralized powder polymeric thickener with a MAXIMUM resistance to electrolytes thanks to its high associative behavior. Efficient on a wide range of pH from 3 to 8.

FLUIDIFEEL™ EASY (Lauryl Glucoside - Myristyl Glucoside - Polyglyceryl-6 Laurate), emulsifies and stabilizes the formula, it provides a “nude” skin feel. O/W glycolipidic emulsifier processable at room temperature.

Giving a fresh and gliding touch, with a soft afterfeel! EMOGREEN™ L19 (C15-19 Alkane (Plant-based & Renewable) a non polar and biodegradable, bio-sourced emollient. It’s THE alternative to silicone oils. This high purity vegetable alkane is conformed to Cosmos and Natrue. Inert and stable.

HYDRACHRYSUM™ (Aqua/Water - Glycerin - Helichrysum stoechas Callus Culture Lysate) ensures an intense and long term moisturization (+32% vs placebo after 21 days). Bio-inspired, developed using our Celtosomes ecodesign technology. Increases the number of lacunae, markers of hydration acting as extracellular water tanks (+82% vs placebo) breaks the Inflamm’dryness™ vicious circle: it induces a decrease of pro-inflammatory and an increase of pro-resolutive mediators to allow a return to homeostasis and improved barrier function.

SAKADIKIUM™ Protects against blue light, pollution, UV, IR,...! (Aqua / Water and Glycerin and Hedychium Coronarium Root Extract). A butterfly ginger root extract, providing multi protection for a visible skin glow.

DUB LAHE* (Hexyl laurate) is used for its unique light skin feel and hydrating boosting capabilities. A 1:1 replacement for isohexadecane.

BIOPHYTOSEBUM** (Olive Oil Decyl esters (and) Squalene) Restores the lipidic skin barrier. A natural active emollient from olive, preventing water loss and increasing firmness and elasticity (in vivo tested). With its easy spread, high penetration rate and non greasy feel, it can be used as silicon alternative.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 300 g - Sweeper & Homogenizer

Combine phase B and agitate with sweeper at ~60-70 rpm. Combine phase C and mix well. Increase the mixing speed of phase B to ~170 rpm and slowly adding phase C to phase B. After phase C addition, continue to mix for ~15 minutes. Combine phase A and mix well and then add it slowly to phase BC. When emulsion is completed, turn on a homogenizer and add phase D. After homogenization, check and adjust to pH 5 - 6 with phase E.
