6% PHYTOSQUALAN** is a natural, plant-based and sustainable source of squalane from Olive oil with a dry skin feel and fast absorption.
2% PHYTOWAX® OLIVE 10L40** is a natural wax from olive melting at skin temperature for an emollient effect.
MONTANOV™ 82 and MONTANOV™ 68 MB lamellar emulsifiers create this thick texture with a rich skin feel and 10% mineral sunscreens.
SEPIMAX ZEN™ polymer stabilizes this smooth emulsion with 10% mineral sunscreen.
DUB OE HP* natural ester is ideal for D5 replacement with its high spreadability.
SEPIFINE™ BB natural powder helps reduce shine after application and leaves a soft skin feel.

FORMULATION ADVICES:
Laboratory scale - 300g batch
Combine phase A and heat to 80C. Combine phase B and heat to 80C and then homogenize for 5-10 minutes. When phase B is at 80C, add C and mix well. Combine phase A and BC and homogenize for 4 minutes at 4,000 rpm. Cool batch down to 60-55C and add phase D. Add phase E & F at 40-35C. At ambient temperature, check and adjust to pH 7.5 - 8.5.
