Key Ingredients

25% olive derived ingredients, for skin benefits and perfect compact texture:

9% PHYTOWAX® OLIVE 10L40** is a natural wax from olive melting at skin temperature for an emollient effect.

8% PHYTOSQUALAN** is a natural, plant-based and sustainable source of squalane from Olive oil with a dry skin feel and fast absorption.

8% BIOPHYTOSEBUM®** is a natural active emollient from olive with a composition close to skin sebum.

MONTANOVTM 202 green emulsifier promotes liquid crystal formation for product stability and skin moisturization over time. It creates thick emulsion with a light skin feel.
SIMULGELTM NS polymer provides freshness during application as well as restructuring properties.
DUB OE HP* natural ester is ideal for D5 replacement with its high spreadability.
Two active ingredients sourced from nature to moisturize and restructure very dry skin:
AQUAXYLTM offers cutaneous barrier reinforcement, water circulation & boosts water reserves.
MADECASSOSIDE highly purified molecule from Centella asiatica soothes and restructures sensitive & atopy-prone skin.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 300g batch - Deflocculator

Combine phase A and heat to 85C. Combine phase B and heat 85C and then add phase C into B and mix well. Combine phase A and BC together and homogenize for 4 minutes at 4,000 rpm. Cooldown the batch with U-shape blade to 40C and add phase D and then add phase E one by one separately and mix well.
