FORMULATION ADVICES:
Laboratory scale - 300g batch - Homogenizer & Sweeper
Combine phase A and phase B separately and heat to 85C. Once everything is melted, add phase C to phase B. Then add phase BC to phase A and homogenize the batch for 4 minutes at 4,000 rpm while adding phase D. Cooldown to 60C and add phase E. At 40C, add phase F and stop mixing at 35C. Check and adjust pH to 5-6 if necessary at ambient temperature.
