AQUAXYL™ moisturizes and restructures the skin (Xylitylglucoside and Anhydroxylitol and Xylitol), by harmonizing the hydric flow of the skin. MONTANOV™202 creates a smooth texture and contributes to the skin moisturization (Arachidyl Alcohol and Behenyl Alcohol and Arachidyl Glucoside), This glucolipid emulsifier of plant origin is made in France. Liquid crystal promoter, it allows to create very stable biomimetic textures, providing long-lasting hydration and an immediate restructuring effect for a smoother skin texture.

SEPILIFE™ G305 thickens and stabilizes the emulsion providing an easy spreading and a soft texture. (Acrylamide/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer and C15-19 Alkane and Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate and Polyglycerin-10). It is an upgraded iconic Sepigel 305 with 62.5% of natural origin content according to ISO 16128. It is inherently biodegradable: 44% in 28 days*. Pre-neutralized liquid polymeric thickener on a wide range of pH (3-12), it presents similar high performance and sensoriel to that of Sepigel 305.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Pilot - Defloculator

Make the aqueous gel under defloculator then heat to 80°C. Weigh the phase B and heat to 80°C. Incorporate phase B in the phase A with rotor at 5500rpm for 4min. Gradually cool down to 30°C then add the phase C. Cool to 20°C. Adjust pH5 if necessary.
