FORMULATION ADVICES:
Laboratory scale - 500 g - Silverson
Prepare and heat to 75°C phase B and phase A separately. Add phase C to phase A and homogenize under Silverson to form a gel. Emulsify under direct process, that is to say: pour phase B into phase A slowly under Silverson at 4000 rpm for 4 minutes. Then, cool down under anchor to 40°C and add the ingredients of phase D one by one.
