FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 5 kg - Pilot

Add phase B in the tank and start stirring. In parallel, heat the water at 85°C, then add HYDRALIXIRTM CC. Start stirring, when the two waters are at 85°C, add SENSANOVTM WR and TEA 50%. Transfer phase A into phase B under vacuum at 85°C. After the introduction, break vacuum, and emulsify the blend during 5 minutes at 85°C. Cool down at 60°C, then at 30°C, and add phases C and D under agitation. Cool down at 20°C, check the pH.
